Rammstein FAQs

FAQs / INFORMATION ON TICKET SALES FOR THE RAMMSTEIN CONCERT ON 11.07.2023 IN Puskás Aréna, BUDAPEST

When can I buy tickets?

Pre-sale will begin on Thursday, 08.09.2022, 10:00, via www.funcode.hu and  www.cts.eventim.hu.
All other ticket sellers offering Rammstein tickets for sale are not official retailers. Rammstein tickets purchased from unofficial dealers do not entitle the holder to admission.

Where can I buy tickets from?

The official presale only takes place at www.cts.eventim.hu and www.funcode.hu. Any other ticket providers who offer Rammstein tickets for sale are NON-AUTHORIZED dealers. Rammstein tickets purchased by unauthorized dealers are not eligible for entry.

How many tickets can I buy?

A maximum of 4 tickets per order and customer are allowed. The commercial resale of tickets, as well as the private resale of tickets at inflated prices is prohibited! If the buyer violates any specific conditions established by the promoter that have been mentioned here, or in the case of an attempted circumvention (e.g. violation of the prohibition of resale, an attempt to circumvent the ticket limit by registering and using multiple user profiles etc.), the order can be cancelled.

But we would like to go to the concert together as a larger group (more than 4 people). How is that possible?

You must try to place multiple orders with multiple customers.

How can I pay?

The exact method of the ticket purchase and all payment methods can be found at https://www.funcode.hu/seller-tos/ in the Terms and Conditions.

How will I receive my tickets?

The tickets are sent after successful payment via e-mail, as an e-ticket. Please make sure that you give your e-mail address correctly in the purchase process.

How do I purchase wheelchair tickets?

For wheelchair tickets, please contact: support@funcode.hu

Can I buy tickets as a gift?

The tickets are personalized, which means that the name of each visitor must be filled out at the time of purchase and will be printed on the tickets. The name will be recorded in the course of the order process and must match the identity card which has to be provided by each visitor upon admission. The visitor’s provided name can differ from the buyer’s name, therefore if you wish to buy a ticket as a gift, make sure that you state the name of the person who will receive the ticket. During the admission process if one’s name on their provided ID and on the ticket does not match, entry of the ticket holder can be denied.

What is personalization?

Personalization means that tickets for events are linked to people much like for plane tickets. In visitor personalization, the name of the visitor is recorded for each individual ticket, the person who will enter the venue with that ticket, not the purchaser. Only the person whose name is on the ticket will be granted admission to the event.

Why personalize?

Tickets for Rammstein are sold exclusively with visitor personalization. This means that each ticket is tied to a specific person, who is the holder of the visitation right; only the visitor on the ticket will be granted admission to the event.
In addition to the purchase limit of a maximum of 4 tickets per customer, the personalization and limitation of tickets is done for reasons of fairness and to avoid a secondary market, where tickets are often offered at inflated prices. This special and deliberate regulation of the sale should give as many fans as possible the opportunity to buy tickets at fair prices.

What rules apply for the ticket purchase and the attendance of the event?

By purchasing a ticket, you accept the terms and condition of Ticketpro Hungary Ltd., the operator of the Funcode.hu ticket webshop, which can be found at https://www.funcode.hu/seller-tos/

There will be an option later on, with controlled conditions, to alter the visitor name on the ticket, which only can be initiated by the original purchaser of the ticket. More information about the process can be found on the funcode.hu webpage, from March 1st, 2023.
